How to request/add an adjustment through a front end account

1. Hello! Today we're going to discuss how to add an adjustment through your official's account. The first thing you will do is come to the official's account page on the website and log in.

2. Then you will proceed to the adjustments page.

3. As you can see here, we've got some adjustments that have already been submitted to the association. We're just going to come up here to the top button and click on "Add adjustment".

4. First, we're going to pick the club that this is applicable to, in this case, my RAMP Demo Association. If you have multiple clubs that you work for, you will use the "Club" drop down menu to select the one you want to apply the adjustment to.

5. Next, we can filter the games by using the search controls, we can narrow down the game by Zone, Division, Arena or by date.

6. Click into the "Zone" dropdown menu to select a zone.

7. Click into the "Division" dropdown menu to select a division.

8. Now, I can't recall which zone I worked this game for, so I'm going to leave all the filters set to "All" and just click on the "View" button.

9. Once you've narrowed it down by filters and clicked view, below, a new area will open with a "Games" dropdown menu.

10. I'm going to check the games dropdown menu and use it to select this game to from the 14th.

11. Once you have selected a game, at this point you will see the association has added in pre-generated adjustments. They have an additional amount that is paid for a tournament. An additional flat amount that is paid for between 50 and 100 km which were driven to get to the game, and then they also have a $50 food per diem.

12. I can also look at the flat gas adjustment, where it allows me to enter in my kilometres driven.

13. You can use the arrow tools on the side of the KM Driven field to enter in the amount, or, it's faster if you click onto the field and just enter your amount.

14. In this instance, I can enter 20 km, which is just short of the pre-generated adjustment.

15. Below the KM Driven field, I can see the adjustment amount here would be $80.

16. Today, however, I want to input a custom adjustment and this adjustment is not a pre-generated adjustment that is already in the system. My assignor told me to enter an adjustment for $10, which I will enter into the amount field.

17. In the "Reason" field, I am going to enter my reason, which is I was the short notice replacement for another official, who got sick at the last minute.

18. I'm just going to type in short notice replacement.

19. And then I will click "Submit".

20. You can see here, that I had another game that I was also a short notice replacement for an official that was sick. And so I have these two that are pending. Adjustments that you add to the system will show pending until the assignors had a chance to look at it, and then at that point, they'll either approve or deny the request. You'll be able to see which administrator or assignor approved or denied the adjustment that you made in the system.

21. That's it. All you have to do is wait for them to approve or deny. Now, we can check out where it shows the adjustments in relation to your pay breakdown, and we'll click on "Game Breakdown" on the left side menu.

22. Enter in the date range that the game took place - the game that you requested the adjustment for, using the date fields at the top of the page.

23. Click "View Game Breakdown"

24. Here you can see the approved adjustments that were added to this pay period - these were previous adjustments I had entered in the system for past games, as the ones I just entered for the demo have not been approved yet.

25. Below the pay breakdown, you can see the adjustment request date, the amount and the reason.

26. This is the end of this tutorial on requesting adjustments and viewing them in your game breakdown. As always, if you have any further questions about this or any other issue, please feel free to reach out to RAMP support via email at support@rampinteractive.com, or via our toll-free number at 1.866.607.7267
